We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Sales Advisor working with our growing client in Nottingham. In this role you will be based at our Clients office, closing deals and building your own account base in a consultative selling environment. As a Sales Advisor you will be directly contacting business customers to offer them the latest Telecommunications & IT products and services including Hosting, Cloud Services, Phone Systems and Internet Packages/Solutions. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a strong sales personality who will be money motivated and looking to join an established and huge business brand You will join a vibrant sales team in a relaxed none corporate working environment where you are treated as an individual and supported to achieve your potential in sales with a carefully designed 6 month development plan. The Role: Working to the agreed business development strategy supported by the Sales Leader & Senior Management Asking pertinent and open questions to understand the customer's requirements and pain points Go the extra mile to meet agreed targets and facilitate future sales Contact new & existing customers to discuss their requirements Generate leads for the field sales team Account Manage your own customers Build a strong pipeline New business development as well as growing the existing customer base Learn and understand how each of the client products and services work and where it fits within the market, and present their benefits Provide detailed and bespoke quotations Experience/Boxes to tick: 1 year of sales experience in a similar internal sales role Good understanding of the sales process and cycle Able to analyse data and spot sales opportunities You will have previously worked to targets and KPIs Professional communicator with the ability to use own initiative Driven with a determination to succeed IT Literate Ability to work alone and as part of a team Customer focused My client offers a superb package for the right candidate including a basic salary of 22-24k DOE (rising after probation), plus an uncapped commission structure with an overall OTE of around 30-35k. You will have a personally tailored Personal Development Plan to ensure you reach your full potential in your role and have fantastic hands-on support where you need it. This is an office-based role in a B2B environment working Monday - Friday (8.30-5) with no weekends. Parking available and good transport links. Interviewing now
