In this role, you are the voice of the brand and a driving force in developing and growing the online community. You will accomplish this by interacting with consumers on a personal level whether dealing with complaints, questions, or general engagement. In addition, you will work to both maintain and enhance the brand s social reputation through creativity, storytelling, and trendspotting. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of social media services as well as reporting and publishing. This is a full time and 100% remote role, so you can be located anywhere in The United Kingdom. What You'll Do Day to day social media management for our client. Write creative responses and engage appropriately with client s customers in line with the client s tone of voice and brand guidelines Write and create engagement approaches for campaigns to maximise the engagement opportunities Execute and implement social media strategy and advise clients and the Project Lead team on the best approach to take Work closely with our Project Management team to ensure effective communication and alignment on service delivery, including QA and team support Manage and co-ordinate the content calendar, including attending weekly publishing meetings with the client and, where relevant, third party agencies Effective management of specified areas on client sites and social media account Be a trusted and effective member of the client experience, both in day to day interaction with the client and your own team members Ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, effectively and on time Clear communication with client contacts when escalating user queries Share feedback and insights gained from social media management systems and performance Update and manage all relevant reporting systems in an effective and timely manner Requirements Experience of using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube is essential. Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and their audiences Experience of using Sprinklr, both from an engagement usage as well as getting performance and analytics An extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems Solutions orientated approach Collaborative and conscientious communicator Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills Attention to detail (UK Benefits) 100% Remote working ️ 33 days of holiday (including the bank holidays) Increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 36 days holiday.
