Senior Nurse / Unit Manager - Mental Health An exciting opportunity has arisen for an nurse or experienced Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) Either Full or Part Time. Located in Sutton in Ashfield for a Unit Manager role this is a Specialist service for adults with Mental-ill Health. Service users are cared for in one of 2 10 bed Units depending on their specific need, supporting their rehabilitation journey from secure services or directly from the community The salary on offer is up to £20.09 per hour. We can offer both full and part time roles subject to preference Service Type: SpecialistCare Home for adults with Mental Health Issues Salary: £20.09 per hour - negotiable depending on your experience Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference Shifts: Options of Days only or Nights only or Mixed shifts Further Details: T he service is ideally situated in Sutton-in-Ashfield and is within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This warm and friendly purpose built home boasts a range of excellent facilities for the residents to enjoy Preceptorship nurses: In the case of newly qualified nurses ( Mental Health Nurse , Learning Disability Nurse and/or Registered Adult Nurse ), the service offers a fantastic preceptorship programme. They have a good number of experienced staff to support and mentor newly qualified nurses. Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Service offers a structured and thorough 2 week induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the company. Training and development is one of the major ethos' of the company. There are no limits to training and development as the service will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
