Success Recruit are currently working with a growing Central Essex based UK and Global recruitment company specialising in several sectors, seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This role would suit someone who is wishing to start their career in recruitment /sales or has ideally started there career within an ambitious environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a confident attitude with a desire to become part of a busy, growing business with more than 30 years of recruitment experience, looking to build a career with potential to develop in a number of areas with full training, within a niche recruitment sector. The successful Recruitment Consultant will be expected to: Demonstrate confident professional communication skills both written and verbal Have a polite, hardworking and career focused personality with a desire for sales Ideally be educated to a graduate level with a second language being an advantage Have ambition and a desire to embrace a fast paced environment The successful Recruitment Consultant will be rewarded with: Working with a small, friendly team to include a four-legged friend An opportunity to work with global companies, with possible travel opportunities Be part of a team who are recognised and rewarded for their hard work A number of company benefits and incentives Job Description The Recruitment Consultant will be an integral team member in the business, always delivering outstanding service to ensure maximum productivity and revenue in all areas is achieved, working to monthly and annual sales targets. Duties to include but not limited to: Gaining knowledge of the recruitment sectors and clients pertinent to the client Complete all administrative duties associated with day to day recruitment Resourcing and recognising the right talent for new roles Researching and gaining information Being able to communicate and negotiate within sales Learn about employment contracts Arranging, carrying out interviews and assessing potential candidates Communicating with clients, candidates and the team Being able to travel, network and attend meetings and conferences Keeping formalised records Converse and liaise professionally whether face to face or through technology Understanding the importance of maintaining cultural relationships Being adaptable and understanding with an interest in people This position will suit someone who wants to enjoy a career in helping people, supporting businesses to grow and has a competitive nature. Showing the right attitude to learn and progress to a level that will enable them to become a creditable, successful member of a team enjoying job satisfaction, opportunities and rewards.
