This role is working on a rotating morning and afternoon shift pattern 06:00 to 14:00 and 12:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday. As a QC Technician you will be supporting the site in controlling the quality of raw materials and finished products, ensuring all goods are produced to our high standards and specifications. This will involve the testing of product and raw materials in the site testing house, mixing mostly powdered materials to exact measurements producing formula and applying testing processes while documenting all testing undertaken. The role will involve the application of problem solving skills and an ability to multi task and prioritise your work with multiple testing processes being undertaken at any one time. For applicants that offer experience in a manufacturing QC based role and a positive can do attitude, full training can be provided on our QC testing processes. What we are looking for: Experience of working in a manufacturing environment. Experience of QC testing raw and finished materials in a production environment. (Could suite applicants from food manufacturing or similar). Literate and numerate with an ability to measure materials using weighing equipment. Excellent communication skills. Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise work demands.
