Come join a medical director/clinic administrator, 1 PCP MA for each physician, a care coordinator, referral coordinator, and pharmacist partners. Experience working with physicians to strategize and develop measurable improvements in the quality of clinical care and patient satisfaction would be a plus, along with medical quality and performance improvement experience. The ideal candidate will be geriatric fellowship trained or experienced and bilingual in English and Spanish.
