A key supporting role for the organisation Working for a leading NHS TrustClient Details A leading NHS Trust. Description To support the Tri-Borough Service User Involvement (SUI) meetings, working with the Service Manager to ensure the meetings are arranged, minutes and actions taken and completed by all participants. Maintain sensitivity to the emotional needs of the children and young people engaging with the service whilst working in collaboration. Work with tri-borough and service teams to create new and innovative ways of engaging children and young people. To improve and enhance communication and information sharing between statutory, voluntary agencies and service users and carers. To co-ordinate and manage the local training processes and ongoing updates regarding the patient information systems. Ensure all staff are competent and possess skills required to maintain service levels and fulfil their duty in relation to all appropriate national and local targets. To take the lead in identifying the most appropriate and effective means of capturing current and new data sets required for new reports, new services or special projects.Profile Experience of producing quality reports with relevant statistical analysis Experience of data collection, data management procedures, patient administration procedures, patient administration systems and good understanding of the patient pathway. Proven experience of effective networking with a range of individuals and organisations and multiagency working. Act on service development in response to the changing needs of patients and carers, local and national priorities and guidelines and IT development. Proven ability to deal with matters on a confidential basis Ability to work flexibly. Good organisational and time management skills. Available to travel around the borough.Job Offer A 12 month FTC.
