Our client is currently looking for a new business development manager to be pivotal in this exciting and fast moving sector, with a large successful organisation that has a reputation to deliver exceptional service. Already working with some of the country's leading suppliers like BP, Morrison and many more. This role will be instrumental in the organisation's next stages of growth, with excellent career growth opportunities. What we are looking for. Ideally you will have industry experience of EV charging solutions and/or electrical services, coming from a successful sales background. You will be a highly independent individual that is driven by challenges and targets. You will demonstrate; Exceptional communication skills In Depth sales process experience Highly motivated by challenges and targets The ability to develop fast rapport and build relationships Someone who wants to make the next stage of their career You will be a persistent salesperson that will battle through everything to create a successful sale, all the time with the customers focused at the forefront of your mind. Without any doubt you should be able to demonstrate this at all stages of the sale through prospecting, negotiating and closing What you will be doing. You will be an active business developer seeking new opportunities within the EV Charging sector. Working within the commercial and industrial sectors looking for installation opportunities of multiple changing units and possibly multiple charging locations. Understanding the sales and buying process of this solution is a must. Therefore you will; Build key relationships within the sector Posses all elements to develop business opportunities from the ground up Produce monthly reports on sales development Maintain a practical communication of activity to managers Demonstrate to stakeholders the progress Have an entrepreneurial approach to developing business Stay up to date with industry developments.
