To support us as we continue our digital transformation journey we're expanding our team of professional, driven B2B marketeers that can support through proactive, strategically aligned campaign utilising a full suite of tactics, channels and platforms.
What you will do
Working closely with the leadership team in Germany you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the marketing plan covering the full range of B2B marketing activities in country. Reporting directly to the Head of CE marketing you will have regular interaction with multiple touch points including sales leaders, product teams and marketing colleagues across continental Europe.
How you will do it
Build country level marketing plan and be accountable for campaign performance and achieving marketing objectives: increase solution awareness and increase market share
Plan and coordinate campaign planning, content creation, marketing calendars, ensuring alignment between global and regional
Test and optimize marketing tactics for lead generation and conversion rate optimization encompassing channels such as email, social media, ppc, digital events as well as conferences and exhibitions.
Proactively recommend and implement innovative approaches to identify areas for business growth
Creation of local demand generation content and adaptation of global content for campaigns.
Weekly review of all marketing performance reports, highlighting issues to regional/global teams & driving structural improvements
Conduct and present competitive analysis and market research, provide regional insight
Translate ideas and orchestrate creative project execution to grow local business driving brand awareness, product launch and community growth
Work closely with the regional PR/External communications Manager to promote high profile customer wins.
What we look for
Relevant marketing experience from a B2B background (ideally min 3 years) focusing on lead generation campaigns, PR and social/digital channels.
Some experience in planning, media and campaign planning and execution, exposure to CRM, performance marketing, PR, and a range of digital channels.
Experience in content creation both self driven and agency to ensure sales enablement as well as demand generation campaigns.
Ability to lead effective campaigns by building key performance indicators, tracking and analysis.
A keen ambition to learn new digital marketing techniques and utilise these for lead generation.
Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
