Our client is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join their team and make a positive impact at their prestigious Girls School. Senior School Marketing Manager Bristol, BS9 3AW Part Time, Permanent £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience 0.4 year round Please Note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK Occupying a spacious, green open site near Bristol city centre, our client is the oldest surviving girl s school in Britain with a history dating back to 1634. They are proud to be one of the leading independent day schools in the Southwest. They are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join the Senior School Marketing Team and support the delivery of marketing for the senior School and Sixth Form, in accordance with the marketing strategy as overseen by the Director of Marketing and Communications. The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who has a strong understanding of all marketing channels. On occasion it is expected that the post holder may work beyond the regular office hours. Whilst this job description focuses specifically on the Senior School, there will be a need to support marketing events and activities in other areas of the school too. About the role: This is an exciting and varied position with heavy input into the digital strategy for the whole school. This is a part time role primarily on site and will be managed by the Director of Marketing and Communications. Responsibilities will include: Strategy: Deliver long and short-term recruitment strategies for the Senior School and Sixth Form Deliver advertising and literature for the Senior School and Sixth Form, in keeping with the brand framework Have an awareness of the local and national picture for independent schools Devise, support and innovate in planning and execution of marketing events Provide a strong link with the junior marketing team Act as a brand guardian Digital Management: Manage and help with the implementation of the school s CRM system Website lead generation Update website content as needed Develop our social media communities with engaging, appropriate, goal driven content Take ownership of the schools digital marketing (google ads, remarketing, social media ads) Identify opportunities for SEO Keep up to date on digital trends Experience with Hubspot would be a benefit Materials: Write and edit promotional materials (flyers, prospectus, banners etc) as and when needed Produce promotional presentations Assist on planning photo and filming shoots Data: Analyse the Admissions data to inform thinking and act on outcomes Use Google Analytics to advise on web traffic opportunities Produce monthly reports with year-on-year comparative recruitment data In Addition Be available for a number of pre-planned evening or weekend opening days Be available for press on exam results days Take photos of events around the school Work in accordance with our privacy and data policies Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Head About you: A confident copywriter and storyteller Possess an in-depth understanding of digital marketing Possess several years experience in a similar marketing role Have CRM experience experience with Hubspot is desirable Experience with Photoshop, InDesign or similar graphic design platforms is desirable Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritise your workload A team player An understanding of the independent school market is desirable How to apply for the role: If you have the skills and experience required for this position, click apply today and check your inbox for an email providing more information on how to tailor your application and provide a cover letter or any supporting documents.
