Marketing, Communications and Schools' Liaison Manager £40,265 to £43,207 per annum. Mat Cover 37 hours per week, term time/full year. Starting and finishing times as agreed. Responsible for: Senior Schools Liaison & Marketing Officer, Marketing Coordinator, Schools Liaison & Marketing Assistant, Receptionist and School Link Tutors. Purpose of Post: To be responsible for the strategic direction, communication and management of the marketing and schools liaison function of the College and Lancaster University School of Mathematics. Responsibilities: To manage all areas of marketing, communications, and links with schools to include leading the marketing team and school link tutors Detailed responsibilities, which might change from time to time, are as follows: Marketing •To be responsible for managing the marketing budget, ensuring that finance regulations are adhered to regarding procurement of goods and services •To advise the Principal, Vice Principal of Staffing, Curriculum Teaching & Learning. and Head of School on promotions and marketing opportunities and issues •To look for innovative and imaginative ways to maximise exposure within the marketplace •To work with external partners and in house reprographics in the production of the prospectus and other marketing materials •To provide regular briefings and updates for all media including relevant social platforms, local press, radio, TV and websites including design and continuous improvement •Ensure digital marketing is efficient and effective and maximises it optimisation on selected marketing platforms •To effectively promote and market HE courses available at college. •To oversee and support the marketing and communication of Abacus Maths Hub. Job Description •To advise and assist the Principal, Vice Principal of Staffing, Curriculum Teaching & Learning and Head of School on matters pertaining to all the partner high schools •To manage and develop links with new catchment areas and schools, supporting College and Maths School strategic growth plan. •To provide strategic direction to link tutors, and manage liaison activity between the College, Maths School, and the High Schools, ensuring that students receive appropriate advice about provision and progression opportunities •To forge links with all agreed schools including those with students with specific learning needs. •To manage, plan and promote Taster Days, Information Evenings, Open Evenings etc. Admissions •To work with the information systems department to establish an effective and efficient administrative system to process applications, advise prospective students on course combinations details and arrange interviews for prospective students Systems •Manage and promote the use of Customer Relationship Management System (Azorus) for all events and marketing opportunities. To include College, Maths School and Maths hub. •Manage and promote proactive use of the Visitors Management System (Inventry) within college. Additional •To oversee college communication with students and parents working closely with the senior leadership and the pastoral team. •Manage and maintain information on all display screens and Teams channels, including student bulletin. •Ensure that College reception is fully staffed and managed efficiently •To assist in the management of such other initiatives and external links as agreed with the Principal and Vice Principal of Staffing, Curriculum Teaching & Learning. and to manage the financial benefits to the College and these links Interested Please apply
