IT Service Desk Engineer Gloucestershire (Hybrid) £21,000 - £25,000 Here's an incredible opportunity to join the IT services department of an educational organisation that continues to modernise all the technology they use. If you have around 2 years or more experience in Operational IT and can work in a logical and consistent manner, have solid technical understanding, then please get in touch. This is a hybrid role. You ll work 37 hours per week, over 3 shift rotations. 8am 4pm (can be remotely), 9am 5pm (can be remotely), and 10am 6pm (will be on-site). Principal tasks Provide first and second line support and fault resolution for IT services, including: Office 365 Computer hardware & peripherals including desktops, laptops, print devices, tablets. BYOD devices, including phones, tablets, laptops, Augmentative and Alternative Communication devices (AAC), games consoles, TVs, NAS devices, Blu-ray Players Network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, ADSL, VPNs, mobile (e.g. 3/4G) Telephony (advantageous) AV Equipment, including Projectors, Display Screens, PAs, Interactive Whiteboards Staff benefits: Fantastic career development opportunities and comprehensive induction programme - theory and practical.
