I am delighted to be working with a busy Independent Advisory firm based in the centre of Glasgow in their search for an experience IFA Administrator to join their close knit team, providing shared support to a group of advisers within the office. This is a rare opportunity, as my client are offering part time hours 3/4 days a week. This opportunity has arisen due to heavy work volumes meaning the requirement for additional support in order to maintain a high level of professional and effective service to existing and new clients. The IFA administrator shall be heavily involved in new business processing and the client review process, making contact with clients approaching their review date, producing illustrations, assisting with research in line with client s needs, format and produce reports, ensure all client files are compliance and paperwork is up to date. This is a chance to have a more hands on approach to the overall financial planning process and play a key role within the team. Requirements; To be considered you must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an adviser support role and be confident navigating various investment platforms. In addition,knowledge of adviser back office systems, in particular intelligent office is desired. Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage own workloads effectively with minimum supervision. In return you will gain a wealth of experience working closely with senior members of the team in a hands on environment where you shall develop organically.
