HR ADVISOR PERMANENT £25K - £28K ST IVES, CAMBRIDGESHIRE (FIRST 3 MONTHS OFFICE BASED, HYRBRID WORKING MODEL THEREAFTER 50/50) Are you an HR Assistant/ HR Coordinator/ HR Administrator ready for that step up to HR Advisor? Do you have experience working in a generalist HR capacity? If yes, read on! Calibre Recruitment Solutions is partnering our client in St Ives, Cambridgeshire in recruiting for an HR Advisor to add to their team. The HR team is growing organically and as such this role has emerged this is a great opportunity for you to make your mark and to take ownership on the helpdesk. THE ROLE OF HR ADVISOR: Coach, train and develop managers and stakeholders in relation to people issues Develop a culture that will ensure productivity is high and people are motivated Advise managers and stakeholders on policies, procedures, T&Cs Work extremely closely with managers in regards to ER matters such as, disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and capability cases - advise and support Recruitment - support stakeholders and HR team here, this includes, writing advertisements and job descriptions, sourcing candidates and working closely with recruitment agencies Induction Process - support on this ensuring new starters receive a fantastic welcome to the organisation and onboard effectively, making sure everything is compliant HR Administration - inputting new starters/ leavers, changes to contracts etc as well as reporting / analysis of HR metrics - identifying patterns and trends and areas for improvement Contribute effectively yo the improvement of the HR function - your opinion will be heard Engagement - advise, support and guide managers here - how can you improve this? Deliver key engagement initiatives etc Other duties as required THE JUNIOR HR ADVISOR: CIPD Qualified (if not, sponsorship can be provided) HR Administrator/ HR Coordinator looking to move in to an Advisory role HR Generalist background Confident and assertive in your approach - ability to coach, guide and support line managers and stakeholders Strong stakeholder manager - the business requires someone to strengthen the HR function, effective communicator needed here Experience working in a fast paced environment Driven, approachable and passionate Excellent attention to detail - high levels of accuracy (written) needed SAP experience would be desirable, though certainly not a must Must have a UK driving license with flex on travelling to UK offices (though this won't be extensive) I really like this role, if you are a HR Assistant/ HR Administrator/ HR Coordinator looking to make the step up - this is the perfect role for you.
