HR Administrator (3 month FTC) Greenacre are pleased to support a London based housing organisation with their recruitment of an HR Administrator, on a 3 month fixed term contract. Principal responsibilities will include the management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), employee documentation updating HR systems and processes, providing advice for colleagues. Creating and maintaining employee records. Monitoring and updating the HR e-learning and ATS systems. Ensure the smooth operation of employees recruitment, induction, and leaving processes. Ensure the smooth running of the office. Provide initial advice and support for colleagues relating to HR and office services. Proactively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures and office administration to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, value for money and delivery of excellent services for colleagues. Be the first point of contact for candidates and respond to any recruitment queries within as reasonable timescale. Help identify suitable candidates and make all the arrangements for interviews with candidates and relevant members of the team. Prepare all relevant paperwork for interviews. Monitor the recruitment process and follow up with interviews, references, resolving queries etc. Perform reference checks and issue contracts of employment. Conduct interviews alongside other colleagues and provide outcomes to candidates Ensure all interview paperwork is properly retained and stored. Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides, processes. Prepare induction plans for new starters and support line managers to ensure induction is effective. Monitor the induction process for all new employees, ensuring that the initial one to ones are being carried out and the induction process is being followed. Keep managers up to date on probation end dates. Ensure accurate records are kept such as sickness and maternity leave. Adding leavers, starters and changes to monthly payroll reports, for their salary, holidays, and any other deductions Prepare HR admin paperwork for requirements including probationary review passes, exit interviews and any other requirements
