This leading high-profile global luxury brand is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Relations Co-ordinator. They are ideally looking for someone from a luxury brand background with administration and customer-facing skills. Working within a small team - reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor First point of contact for customers relations matters, portraying an enthusiastic, courteous and professional line of communication Ability to solve problems in a diplomatic and professional manner Liaising with customers predominately by telephone and overseeing that the highest standards of service excellence are achieved at all times Respond to written communications via email and formal letter Maintain accurate and detailed records using an in-house system Liaising with external & internal departments Responsible for the delivery of a professional and efficient customer experience to private clients and retailers for this company s brand.
