Our operation is nationwide, with our apprenticeship delivery taking place both on the sites of our employer partners and online, directly into the homes and workplaces of our apprentices. Purpose of an Curriculum Lead: To develop learning programme and train and develop staff from Learning and Development and Business Development teams. Duties and Responsibilities of a Curriculum Lead To design and implement blended learning programmes which are innovative, empowering for learners and maximise opportunities for collaboration. • To use outcomes from organisational needs analysis to design, develop, roll out and implement tailored learning programmes which meet the needs and requirements of employers and learners using the Programme Design Service • To be an ongoing point of reference to all staff with initial and ongoing queries they may have concerning the learning programme(s). • To provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to members of the Business Development Team so that they fully understand the content and nature of your learning programme(s) and can articulate this to perspective employers and/or learners. • To provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to members of the Learning & Development and Quality teams so that they understand the content of your learning programme(s) and how they should be delivered/taught so that learners and employers benefit from standardised delivery • To provide guidance and ongoing support to members of the Learning & Development teams so that they understand the content of the learning programme(s) and how they can be adapted to meet specific learner needs • To author and create innovative and engaging learning resources and materials for your learning programme(s) which support learners in developing their knowledge, skills and behaviours and where appropriate, sufficiently prepare them for formal end point assessment. • To regularly review provision through analysis of available data/information (i.e. success rates for your learning programme(s); learner/employer feedback; IQA feedback; EPA results/feedback, etc) in order to: identify Tutors/teams who may require coaching, support and/or other development interventions so that learning programme(s) are delivered in the correct manner and to maximum benefit of the learner and employer. • Identify where changes/enhancements are needed to improve the effectiveness and efficacy of current learning programme(s). • To support the Programme Design Consultant with the writing of tenders and bids. • To support the Learning & Development and Quality teams with preparation for end point assessment for learning programme(s) in their infancy.
