To execute this transformation, we need people within our Change Management Center of Expertise (CoE) who will develop and deploy Change Management expertise to support Tribe and Squad objectives and outcomes.

The Change & Comms Specialist/Sr. Specialist brings Change Management knowledge and expertise and experience collaborating with delivery teams. You will work with a team of highly specialized experts deployed to Squads to support the delivery of BCG's Personal Productivity products. You will partner with other Change Managers in the Change Management CoE to identify, use and contribute to best practices and lessons learned.

Basic job responsibilities include:
Develop and deliver the Agile Change Management Approaches for Personal Productivity products, focused on embedding the products into the business and realizing business benefits.
Conduct Stakeholder Assessments, identifying key stakeholders and areas of focus; develop Stakeholder Engagement Plans to address and mitigate risks.
Conduct Change Impact Assessments, identifying risks to delivery/adoption; articulate practical and actionable mitigation activities.
Develop and deliver tactical and strategic Communication Plans, aligned to the overall Change Management Approach to support the adoption of Personal Prod products
Write, review and send tactical and strategic communications
Develop and deliver Training & Enablement Approaches, aligned to overall Change Management Approach
Develop and continuously update coaching methodologies and guides; working closely with other coaches and relevant departments in BCG where overlaps and synergies are present
Identify, baseline and track Change Management KPIs and metrics
Act as advisor to Product Owners to identify change impacts and advise on necessary mitigation steps
Deeply engage with product squad to understand the 3-6 month roadmap. Proactively identify and clearly articulate upcoming change and marketing priorities to support the roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers and vendors to facilitate change activities

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Dealing with ambiguity
Change Management delivery, ideally in an Agile context
Setting and driving strategies independently with minimal manager supervision; taking ownership of projects end-to-end
Adopting the end users' perspectives and bringing that lens to the table
Executive presence and influencing senior stakeholders
Very strong communication skills (fluency in English language - written and oral)
Working with a virtual team across time zones

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

2-5 years of experience in internal, technology-driven Change Management
Change Management Professional certification a plus
Experience operating in an Agile operating model preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking)
University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
