Results-driven and hands-on business developer required to identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities and grow company revenue. Manufacturing Execution Systems Remote, Southern UK Highly Competitive Remuneration Package Responsibilities: Manage and qualify a large volume of daily inbound and outbound leads Connect with customers via phone, email and LinkedIn Design, research and execute outbound vertical/geographical market campaigns to grow sales pipeline Engage with the sales and marketing team to prospect and close large enterprise deals Educate and nurture early-phase prospects for potential future opportunities Demonstrate knowledge of the company s value proposition to converse with data and business leaders Target a range of customers in the discreet manufacturing industry, from SMB and high-growth companies through to large multinationals Analyse and report on weekly activities to identify potential optimisations Assist in the development of Enterprise activities through large account mapping Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve reporting tools (currently Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) The Candidate: Applicants will be expected to demonstrate: A minimum of twelve months experience in SaaS solution sales, including outbound marketing, cold calling, sales pitches, prospect research and/or general business development The ability to understand the sales development process and technology stack and ensure its adoption Self-motivation to constantly improve and optimize processes to drive performance A strong knowledge of the manufacturing software industry In-depth understanding of the sales administration process Excellent interpersonal and team management skills Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle pressure and a high volume of tasks in a result-oriented environment Strong verbal and written communication skills The Company: Our client s manufacturing execution systems helps its customer improve all aspects of factory performance, including labour productivity, equipment effectiveness, quality and compliance.
