Our core values are Pride, Knowledge, Passion, Accountability and Resilience We are seeking a Business Analyst to work with the business and key stakeholders, to deliver a programme of change for the organisation, on a fixed term contract of 12 months. The role will be office based in the centre of Birmingham Full details of the project and responsibilities are available to applicants who have the following experience and attributes 5+ years relevant Business Analyst experience in a commercial environment with a focus on IT and Business initiatives and projects. You arean excellent listener with amazing internal customer empathy. You are able to turn ambiguity into clarity. You are process orientated and understand how to create, display and enhance process to aid both delivery and drive business efficiencies. You ask the right questions, challenge positively and are used to working in a team environment to deliver, drawing on all the skills of the team. You are calm under pressure and can both give and receive open, feedback. Working with the business and key stakeholders, you will recognise and understand the requirements of the business and will emulate and articulate customer requirements into Delivery teams. You will set and lead regular meetings with key business stakeholders to determine futures requirements to ensure direction is understood and captured. You will work within the business to define and create detailed written requirements for IT and Business Projects, creating and enhancing standardised approaches for recording and capture. You will enhance and maintain the Project Framework and ensure that all projects follow through the stages from Exploration to Delivery, working with the Delivery Manager. You will lead the creation of Project and Product roadmaps and present these into the delivery team for delivery management. You are adept at, and will be,feeding back and setting expectations with the customerfor when the priority of the customers work requirement has been de-prioritised or has not yet been prioritised for delivery. You will work to, and actively encourage, the continual search to reduce waste from working practices.
