We are seeking to recruit a Formative Assessment Auditor. This is a new role in our Learning Partner Quality Team. Purpose of the role: The Assessment Auditor is responsible for the continuous sampling, recording, and reporting of Learning Partner compliance within the terms of the NEBOSH accreditation agreement and the Learning Partner Programme. The role is key to enhancing the quality of education, improving the learner experience, maintaining the reputation of NEBOSH and its Learning Partners as well as providing a robust QMS process. What will you be doing: Inspect, monitor, record, and report quality data for performance management Support the audit quality system including audit planning, implementation, feedback, and re-audit Prepare performance reports, detailing deviations, and corrective actions Identify areas requiring training and ensure gaps are completely filled within given time frame Mentor, coach, and support new and existing Learning Partners to implement formative assessment into teaching practice Undertaking virtual and physical Learning Partner engagements Working in accordance with NEBOSH systems and standards Communicating with and sharing information with other NEBOSH Departments. Developing and maintaining relationships with key external bodies and organisations About you: Our ideal candidate will have the following: Demonstrable organisation and planning knowledge and skills Excellent written and verbal communications The ability to motivate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Summative report writing experience Ability to analyse and interpret data to make evidence-based recommendations The following qualification or equivalent experience are desirable Assessor (EAT L3, A1, V1, D32/33, D34) Internal Quality Assurance or External Quality Assurance (Level 4) Experience of working within an ISO9001 environment Demonstrable competence in: Using evidence to support accurate decisions and provide advice/guidance Delivering quality results in a timely manner using appropriate media Delivering service objectives with professional excellence and efficiency Communicating with internal and external stakeholders with clarity, integrity, and enthusiasm. Contributing to supportive, collaborative culture at NEBOSH IT (Word, Excel, Outlook) What we offer: Working week: 35 hours Monday Friday Work base: The role will be home based with travel in the UK. There may also be international travel, so a current passport is essential.
