We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join an ever-growing and successful specialist client based in Staffordshire. Joining a warm, friendly team within a fast-paced environment, the role will provide administrative support to divisional management and customers. Job Description: As the Administrator, they will receive phone calls and emails requests from Clients which could be for either information, service, or support Answering all queries within a timely and professional manner As the Administrator, they will control the support of planned and remedial works in line with standard procedures Issue, track, and review work are undertaken documentation (test certificates, reports etc) The administrator may need to carry out any other administration duties as and when required Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role Experience in the service industry with field-based personnel is desirable but not essential Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent organisational skills with proven experience in a good system and record maintenance Customer-focused with a strong service ethos Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary: £20,000 per Annum DOE Brampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region
